The English Program of Makudmuang Rachawittayalai School was established in 1999 after a thorough deliberation of the School’s Members of the Board, teachers and parents in order to provide better quality education to students who were and are motivated to learn and study in a school which uses English language as a medium of instruction.

Different subject areas under English Program such as Information Technology (IT), Science, Mathematics, and English language are taught by fully qualified and experienced foreign teachers from the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the United States of America, China, the Philippines and Myanmar.

Our teachers are carefully selected. The main criterion in our selection is that a teacher has the ability to teach the necessary social and life skills in ways that engage Thai students by meeting their needs. A teacher should also have the ability to show the empathy as well as being caring and compassionate toward Thai students. We believe that teaching is a vocation not only a career.

Makudmuang Rachawittayalai School is one of the first government schools in this part of Thailand which successfully implemented a new Core Curriculum of Basic Education , BE. 2551. We take pride in the fact that our school integrated the philosophy of self-sufficiency with school courses and activities.
